With the exception of Blue Cross Blue Shield Out of Network Benefits (message me for more info if this applies to you).

For those currently under care, we’ll wrap up your current pre-auth and then switch over to cash pay.

If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident and would like to be treated using your car insurance policy, book an Auto/PI New Patient appointment and please provide me with your car insurance and claim number instead of medical insurance.

Non-Par Status : I can officially see Medicare patients but I do not accept their assignments or their fee schedule. This means that patients pay my cash rates and then get reimbursed by Medicare for the amount that they would pay me (only for the “adjustments”).
