Visits Include:

Physical Exam

A full physical including a Neurological and Orthopedic Examination to fully diagnose your musculoskeletal issues.

Rehabilitative Exercise

Corrective exercises to reduce muscle tension, increase strength, range of motion, and function. Emphasis on neuromuscular re-education and correction of biomechanics to prevent re-injury.

Manual Therapy

Deep tissue work (massage -like) including trigger point release, myofascial release, Graston (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation), Stretch

Redlight Therapy

Included at the time of your visit if you choose to utilize it. This conservative treatment reduces pain and inflammation and increases collagen production (in addition to other benefits).

Joint Mobilizations

Gentle increase in the range of motion of each joint region being evaluated/treated.

Miscellaneous

If indicated, therapeutic ultrasound as well as e-stim is also included at the time of your visit.
